Bring comfortable walking shoes, weather-appropriate clothing, and an appetite. Tahoe weather can change quickly, so we recommend dressing in layers and bringing sun protection on warmer days.
-
Tours operate rain or shine unless conditions are considered unsafe. In the event of severe weather or unforeseen circumstances, guests will be contacted directly regarding rescheduling or getting a refund.
-
Our tours are intentionally kept to small groups to create a more personal, relaxed, and interactive experience. Smaller group sizes allow for meaningful conversations, easier access to our restaurant partners, and a more authentic way to explore South Lake Tahoe.
-
Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled tour time are eligible for a full refund. Due to restaurant coordination and limited group sizes, cancellations made within 48 hours of the tour are non-refundable. For private groups and groups larger than four, a standard 72 hours cancellation policy applies to all bookings.
-
We do our best to accommodate dietary needs with advance notice. Please contact us before booking to discuss specific requirements.
