Food is the excuse. The stories are what you’ll remember.

Taste of Tahoe Tours was founded on a simple belief: the best way to experience a destination is through its food and the stories behind it.

Hi, I’m Bryan, a culinary-trained hospitality professional who has spent years working in restaurants, hotels, and tourism. After traveling, studying, and working across different cultures, I discovered that food has a unique way of bringing people together and creating meaningful connections.

When I moved to Lake Tahoe, I fell in love with the local restaurants, hidden gems, and the people who make this community special. I created Taste of Tahoe Tours to share those experiences with visitors in a way that goes beyond the typical tourist attractions.

Every tour is designed to help you eat well, explore deeper, and leave with a genuine connection to Tahoe.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Definitely a must try! My boyfriend and I really enjoyed the whole experience, the food options were great and we were stuffed by the end. Bryan was a great host and made us both feel super comfortable, he took us to some places we'd never heard of and some places I'd been wanting to try. He was very easy to talk to and had some cool stories about Tahoe and himself. We also really enjoyed the walk itself, it wasn't super far and helped us be ready for the next stop. The best stop for me was the coffee it was absolutely amazing and I'll definitely be going back and my boyfriend loved the shrimp and grits. All in all 5/5 star experience.

Bryan was very personable. He took us to places that we didn't know they were there. The food was excellent and we had plenty to eat. We had Hawaiian, short rib, cajun, and then dessert. He walked at a nice slower pace. We weren't in a rush to get to the next place. Very enjoyable evening.
